We're excited to announce that our new RingLogix User Experience is almost ready to share with the world. As we complete the last stages we're working hard to make sure that all the documentation you'll need is ready and organized before then. Very soon you'll notice a new "Legacy" category within the knowledge base. Most existing Categories and Articles will be moved there. New Categories and Articles will be intuitively laid out and provide helpful information for actions

As we prepare for the upcomming changes announced on 3/1/2018 certain adjustments are being made to the Support Center. Rest assured all the important information and functionaility you've gotten used to will remain.  Things will just start to look a little diffrerent.
