**Legacy** How to enable call processing in 3NG VOIP Platform

To enable call processing for an account, please follow these steps.

1. Click on Subcustomers from your home screen.

2. Click on the accounts icon on the subcustomer you would like to configure.

3. Click Show Accounts and click on the account you would like to configure.

4. Click on the Service Features tab then click Incoming calls.  Here you will find a check box for the Call Processing feature.  Check this box and Save.

5. After you save you will see a new tab labled Call Processing.
