Creating an Account

 

 

Go to the subcustomers page (The screen containing all your Customers).

Next to the customer you would like to add an account to click on the   Icon located in the accounts column.

 

Click on Add.

Complete the top form and Account Info tab as shown below. (Not all tabs a required).

  • Account ID – Specify Account ID. 
  • Product – Select from drop down box.
  • Type – Choose “Credit”
  • Service Password – You can either create or auto generate a password
  • Batch – Enter a description here (Customer Name or Ext #)

Click on the Web Self-Care tab.  For the Login click on the Account ID button and for the Password click on Auto.  Also set the time zone to your customers local settings.

In the Service Features tab, click Incoming calls and check UM Enabled.

Click Save & Close.
