**Legacy** 3NG Dedicated E-Fax Setup

If a customer has a dedicated E-Fax line here is a simple way of creating the account.

 

1. Go to the customers VoIP account and click on the Aliases tab.

2. Hit add on the top left and add the Fax DID as an Alias.

3. Now go to Service Features > Incoming calls tab and enable Call Processing then hit save on the top left.

4. Click on the Call Processing tab and hit add and do the following.

  1. From: Should be anywhere
  2. To: Should be the Dedicated fax DID
  3. Time Window: Should be Anytime
  4. Action: Should be set to Voicemail Only

5. Once you have done the steps click on the Save button that looks like a Floppy Disc.

 

Now that you have completed the above steps, please test by sending a fax to the dedicated E-Fax Line.
