How to Use the CSR Template

As your partition is a wholesale account, we are unable to provide a Customer Service Record (CSR) for you or your customers. However, we have created the attached template that you may use for your customers should you wish to provide them with a CSR. I. Customer Information Please ensure that you have the customer's billing address and their name as it is shown on RingOS under their billing contact under the billing tab. II. Customer Phone Numbers List all DIDs that the customer has under this section. You may find the list of the DIDs that are currently assigned to the customer by going to the customer's numbers tab. If you wish to download your DID inventory, you may do so as follows: 1. Click on Admin 2. Go to DID Inventory 3. Click on the download icon (located next to the search icon) 4. Select which option you would like to download (select 'All Assigned' to view all of the DIDs in your inventory, regardless of status) 5. Click Download Once the file is downloaded, you will be able to open it in Excel and filter by customer as necessary. With the list of DIDs, please add them to the 'Customer Phone Numbers' section. III. Save As PDF Once you have successfully filled out all the information, be sure to add your logo on the top left to customize it. You may then save the file as a PDF and provide it to your customer as their CSR. | ||||
