1.5 TeamMate Master Reseller Creation (Internal)

TeamMate Platform Organization
There are four different tiers of access in the ConnecttoTeams portal
1- Partner Account, it is the highest level, a Partner is able to add Master Resellers beneath them, it is also the company with the direct commercial relationship with TeamMate (RingLogix)
2- Master Reseller Accounts, is the second highest level in the ConnecttoTeams hierarchy, they are our current resellers which are listed in the Master Reseller main grid (see screenshot below), a Master Reseller can create additional resellers beside themselves.
3- Reseller, they can be our current resellers or they can create additional TeamMate resellers (optional)
4- Enterprises, an enterprise is a company using Microsoft Teams as Ucaas, is at this level where the TeamMate PBX is linked to our Netsapiens and users are managed.
Note.
The first step in the TeamMate provisioning process is the creation of the Master Reseller account, once done Master Resellers can create their own reseller accounts all by themselves.
How to Create a Master Reseller?
To create a Master Reseller Account login into the TeamMate portal using the following link
https://service.connecttoteams.com
After a successful login the first screen shown will be the Master Reseller main grid, there you can click the button "Add Master Reseller"

In the "Add Master Reseller" window you must enter the following
- Master Reseller Name, usually with the prefix MR for "Master Reseller".
- The MR e-mail address which will be used to send a welcome e-mail to the Master Reseller also allowing them to set their portal credentials,
- The services they will be selling, PBX for "PBX Connector" and Trunk for "Sip Trunk".
- The Billing Reference could be any value, it will be included in billing reports allowing billing administrators to associate an entity with an object in an external billing system.

Once the new Master Reseller has been created ask the customer to check their e-mail for them to continue with the creation of the Resellers and Enterprises.
