The UC+ softphone can be downloaded for Android and IOS from
the following links

Apple App Store
It can also be located by searching “UC+” in the Play and App
store
Once installed, open it and enter the same username and password used with the PBX Dashboard (PBX portal).

After login the app will ask for the following permissions,
make sure you grant all of them to prevent issues like no ringing or no contact
access.
There is an additional permission that will be requested
after placing the first call, make sure you grant it to allow the other person
to hear what you say
