3CX Softphone Configuration for Hosted PBX

The Hosted PBX allows manually supported devices to be added to the portal such as the 3CX Softphone.

  • Add a registration to the user.
  • Add a Phone Suffix and leave everything else blank.
  • Click Add

 

 

Click on the new registration record to view the manual settings.

 

 

Configure the 3CX Softphone

Download, Install, Add a SIP Profile.

Extension: {user}
ID: {user}
Password: {pass}
MyLocation Server: {tenant-domain}.pbx.simplelogin.net
Outbound Proxy: pbx.simplelogin.net
