4. UC+ Settings

To access the UC+ settings select the “Keypad” option from the main menu.

Then tap the gear icon on the top right section.

The “Settings” screen will show the following options:

Account Setup: Shows the user’s extension used by UC+.

Test Push Notifications: To check if there is connectivity with the PBX.

Preferences: Special configurations for UC+, to leave them by default is recommended.

About: Shows the app current version.

Usage: Shows the number of calls and total minutes used during the current and previous month.

Sip Log: Logs produced by UC+ which are extremely useful when troubleshooting issues (see the “Troubleshooting” KB article).

Reset Application: equivalent to logout and very recommended (see the “2. UC+ Logout and Uninstall” KB article).
