Add New Users to a PBX (Advance View)

After creating your customers PBX, you can now Add Extension Users.
  1. Select the Users tab.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Click Show the Advance View. 
  4. Complete the User Details:
    • How Many Users?: Amount of billable User Extension you want to add.
    • Subscription Date: Select the date you would like to begin Billing
    • User Details: Enter the Extension number, First and Last Name, Email for each User, Scope, and Subscription.
      *Note: Multiple subscriptions can be added by clicking the + sign.
      *Note: Scopes can be changed after for select User.
  5. Click Save Changes.

*Note: Subscriptions activate on the selected Start Date. Once a subscription is activated the billing system will calculate the prorate charges for the current billing period. Prorated charges will be included on the next invoice. See our Customer Billing Articles for more information.
