Auto Provisioning - Add Server URL to Devices in Bulk
While SIP devices can be manually pointed to the provisioning server for auto configuration, it is also possible to automatically point devices in bulk. This is particularly useful for larger installations.
**Always factory reset your phone before trying to auto provision it.
Using the Routers DHCP Options feature.
This requires that the customers router support DHCP options. Please check the manual for the SIP device model being installed to confirm what DHCP option it requires. You can then activate that option on the customers router and point it to the RingLogix provisioning server URL.
