How to route SMS within the Hosted PBX

Route an SMS number

  1. Login to the RingLogix App.
  2. Search and Select an existing Customer.
  3. Click the Hosted PBX left menu icon.
  4. Click the PBX Dashboard button.
  5. Click on Phone Numbers top menu icon.
  6. Click on the Filters button make no changes and click on the Filter button to close the pop-up.
  7. More tabs will now appear next to Phone Numbers, select the SMS Numbers tab.
  8. To add a route, click on the phone number to edit.
  9. Select either User or Call Queue from the Treatment drop-down.
  10. Next, type in the user or Call Queue extension that you would like to route to into the User text box.
  11. Select the user, then click Save.
