It describes all the Extenion level functions like voicemail, call records, answering rules and more.

  

It is designed for the following scopes.

  • Basic User
  • Advanced User

 

The PDF version is a RingLogix branded document for Partner use.

The DOCX word version is for Partners to re-brand and distribute to their customers.

 

Follow these steps when re-branding the document.

  1. Change the logos and references from RingLogix to your company.
  2. Change "Cloud PBX" to the name of your service (optional).
  3. Add/hide content per your preference.
