Ringlogix now introduces Short Message Service (SMS) and Chat. It adds SMS send/receive to SMS enabled numbers via the PBX portal. This allows you to be able to use it for all scopes of Users: Basic User, Office Manager, Call Center Agent, and Call Center Supervisor.

Activate SMS

  1. Login to the RingLogix App.
  2. Search and Select an existing Customer.
  3. Click the Numbers link on the grey menu.
  4. Click the Settings icon for the desired number.
  5. Click the Features tab and click the SMS for Hosted PBX toggle to ON.




Important Notes:

  • Numbers serviced by Bandwidth may not be compatible and may require an internal port.
