VoIP Quality Test

The following test are designed to perform simulated VoIP calls ranging from 5 to 15 concurrent voice paths for 90 second intervals.

Additional options include using low or high bandwidth codecs like G729 or G711.

 

2 Day - Agent Based Test

Clicking any of the links below will open a new page where you can download a zero install agent that will self install, run the selected test for approximately 48 hours, then automatically uninstall when complete.

This will provide a 2 day sample of the customers VoIP Quality expectations with their current ISP and LAN settings.

These test are great for collecting data spread over a long period of time giving a better picture of your connectivity throughout the work day.

One Time - Web Based Test

Web based test run in your computers browser via a java applet. These test allow you perform 1 - 90 second VoIP Quality test of your choice and are good for identify possible issues while they are happening.

They're great test for technicians and customers to run in their own whenever they're suspicious of possible connectivity issue.

*Note: Web based test are 1 time only for 90 seconds. If you are experiencing re-occurring voice quality issues throughout the work day it is recommended that you run a 2 Day Agent Based Test.
