2. TeamMate Reseller Creation

Please Note:
To be added as a Master Reseller in the ConnecttoTeams Portal, please submit a Customer Support Ticket with the Subject > Add to TeamMate Portal.
Please include the Partner Company Name, User First and Last Name and Email Address.
Note.
Microsoft requires a unique email address for each account, so the Master Reseller, Reseller and Enterprise accounts can't use the same one.
You will be required to create 3 different accounts
Master Reseller is access into the portal.
Reseller is your organization added to the RingLogix TeamMate account.
Enterprise will be the customer you are adding to connect with TeamMate.

Once you've been added:
Using your Master Reseller credentials login into the TeamMate portal.


in the main screen you will see "Add Reseller", click it



In the new Reseller provisioning page (see below) you must enter the following:

- Reseller Name
- Preferred Email address of the Reseller, this is required for activation.
- Select the services you want to provide, PBX for "PBX Connector" and Trunk for "Sip Trunk".
- The Billing Reference could be any value, it will be included in billing reports allowing billing administrators to associate an entity with an object in an external billing system.
