9. Troubleshooting

UC+ relies entirely on the internet connection of the mobile device.


The most common reported issue is bad audio quality (choppy audio) and dropped calls,
if it happens please make sure that the quality of the internet connection is good.
If the issues persists even after connecting to a WiFi network you can open a ticket with your reseller and share the “Sip Log”,
It will include all details logged by UC+ including errors or any detected problem.
 
To share the “Sip Log” with your reseller do the following:

Select the “Keypad” option from the main menu and then tap the gear icon on the top right section

 


 

 

In the “Settings” menu select “SIP Log”


 

 

In the “SIP Log” screen select “Share”


 

 

 

Now select “Other”


 

 

 

Select “Mail” to share the SIP Logs via e-mail, you must ask your reseller for the destination e-mail address


 

 The e-mail created by UC+ will include a text file with .log extension, you can also attached the .log file to your ticket describing the issue you are experiencing.
