Add a Card on File (Reseller Account)
RingLogix accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
There are 2 way to make payments. Either via an Auto Pay or Manually.
To setup an Auto Pay you must first add a card on file.
To make a Manual Payment you can use the card on file or select "use other card" at the time of payment.
To add a Card on File
- Login to the RingLogix App.
- Click the down arrow next to your name on the top right of the browser.
- Select Settings.
- Click on the Payment Settings tab.
- Click Edit on the Credit Card on File section.
- Enter your card details
- Click Save.
*Note: After adding a new card we suggest making a Manual Payment to ensure the card details were entered correctly. If not, you run the risk of a payment failure later on.
