Make a Payment

We suggest that you always maintain your Auto Pay enabled, however, manual payments are possible using the card on file or with a manually entered card.

 

To make a Manual Payment.

  1.        Login to the RingLogix App.
  2.        Click the down arrow next to your name on the top right of the browser.
  3.        Select Settings.
  4.        Click on the Make Payment button on the Profile or Payment Settings tab.
  5.        Enter your payment Amount.
  6.        Click Save.

 *Note: By default, manual payments will use the Card on File. However, you can select Use Other Card for a one-time payment with a separate card. If you would like to update your card on file please see the Card On File knowledgebase article.
