Add New SIP Trunk

Our white label SIP Trunk solution is compatible with any SIP enabled device. This includes IP PBX systems and FXS or PRI Gateways that convert SIP signaling to traditional handoffs used by legacy PBX and key systems.

 

Add a SIP Trunk

  1. Add or Search for an existing customer. To search for a customer type any customer info in the search field of the Get Started window or after clicking Search on the left grey menu of the Customers section.
  2. Click the SIP Trunk link on the grey menu.
  3. Click Add New Trunk.
  4. Complete the form details.
    • Name: A nickname for the trunk. For example, Main.
    • Max Calls: Total allowed inbound and outbound call paths
    • Plan: Minute plan, usually Unlimited US or Metered
    • Price: The monthly subscription(s) to be billed. Click Add, make your selection and pick a start date.
  5. Click Save Changes.

*Note: Subscriptions activate on the selected Start Date. Once a subscription is activated the billing system will calculate the prorate charges for the current billing period. Prorated charges will be included on the next invoice.

Manage the SIP Trunk

Click the Settings icon to enter and setup the SIP Trunk features like call routing, permission and failover. Registration details including the SIP Server, Username and Password are visible here. Connected devices will show Online and display the current registration details.

Don’t forget to Purchase or Port, and Route your Phone Numbers.
