Fixed issue related to Quote engine and email

Addressed customer issue with Generic Services and duplicate subscriptions

Fixed customer issue with saving a quote when adding new subscription such as Generic Service

Addressed issue with 500 error displayed after searching customer when logged-in through SSO

Fixed blank error message shown when a quote is emailed directly from Review and Deliver

Fixed customer issue with downloading the Call Records

Resolved customer issue updating Reseller Profile

Assed 'add subscription' button for the new resellers

Fixed for newly created reseller account, server error appears when logging in as reseller staff

Fixed voicemail count not showing correctly
