Updating Your Company Profile

The My Profile section is where Partners can modify their company details like brand name, mailing address, contact numbers and system email.

 

To view or edit your profile info

  1. Login to the RingLogix App.
  2. Click the down arrow next to your name on the top right of the browser.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Click Edit on the Main Contact Info section.
  5. Make your changes. See below for field details.
  6. Click Save.


 

Important Fields Explained

  • Company Name: This is your Brand name that is presented to your customers.
  • Authorized Contact: This is the primary account holder for your account. This is not shown to your customers.
  • Address Lines: This is the mailing address that is printed on your customers invoices.
  • Phone/Fax: These are the contact numbers printed on your customers invoices.
  • Email: This is used as the FROM email address for billing messages to your customers. Invoices and other billing notifications will be sent FROM this address.
    • *Important: This email is also where the billing engine will send important notifications TO YOU the partner. This includes partner payment receipts, errors and low balance notifications. It is important that you monitor messages sent to this address. Please make sure to white list all emails from ringlogix.com and 3ngnetworks.com to ensure you always receive them.
