Accepting Payments

Partners can accept payments by Check, Credit Card or any other method. Payments are always applied to the customers balance in real time and posted to the oldest invoice first. When accepting and posting payments for your customers it is important to check the Open Amount on the oldest Unpaid Invoice. This is the amount you must apply to change the invoice status to Paid. Invoices left in Unpaid status for too long may result in service suspension.
