Welcome to the WebFax Beta!
During the initial 60-day beta phase, WebFax is available to all RingLogix resellers and their customers, with free access to unlimited accounts, minutes, and features.

This guide covers how to add, edit, and delete WebFax accounts as we finalize the full integration with RingOS. Once integration is complete, additional features will be available directly through RingOS, providing a seamless experience for you and your customers.

Notes: WebFax accounts are fully integrated with our Netsapiens based Hosted PBX solution. Partners and Office Managers have full access to manage WebFax Accounts. The assigned “Primary User” described below, will have access to view and send faxes through the portal for this WebFax account. Currently, only 1 Primary User can be assigned per WebFax account. If you need a “shared” account, where multiple Users need access to view and send via the portal, it is suggested to use a dedicated fax user, that can be shared by those team members.

Add WebFax Accounts

2. Navigate to the Inventory menu. Once the page loads confirm that you have Available Numbers to use for a WebFax account. If no numbers are available you can unassign an existing number, purchase a new one or port another over.

3. Go to the Fax Accounts tab and Click the Add Fax Number button.

4. Enter the service details and click Add.
  • Select an available phone number
  • Assign a Primary User. This is the User that will have portal access to see and send faxes using this WebFax account.

    • ATA will provide all email and portal services as well as the option to attached a physical machine to the service via a custom HTTPS Fax gateway. When selecting ATA a device MAC field will appear. Enter the MAC address of the fax g/w and the device will self configure next time it connects to the internet.
