PBX User Sites

The portal will now allow customization of a Site for each user and queue. Also allowing filtering and reporting on sites as well as previously supported departments.
- Site name can include spaces, but no special characters.
How to Add Sites
- Login to the RingLogix App.
- Search and Select an existing Customer.
- Click the Hosted PBX link on the grey menu.
- Log into the PBX Dashboard.
- Go to the desired Extension.
- Under Profile Information you may now add a Site
- Click Save.

- You will be able to filter from the users page via the search bar where you can also search by extension, name or department. When selected you will be returned a list of users that are in that site.

- Each user in the domain will be able to view a list of sites and filter by sites if needed in areas of the application like contacts.

- In addition to Users, Call queues can also be associated with a site. This is useful for management and reporting of call queues and the corresponding stats.

- Lastly, Call History can be filtered based on Sites.
