How to route SMS within the Hosted PBX

Route an SMS number
- Login to the RingLogix App.
- Search and Select an existing Customer.
- Click the Hosted PBX left menu icon.
- Click the PBX Dashboard button.
- Click on Phone Numbers top menu icon.
- Click on the Filters button make no changes and click on the Filter button to close the pop-up.
- More tabs will now appear next to Phone Numbers, select the SMS Numbers tab.
- To add a route, click on the phone number to edit.
- Select either User or Call Queue from the Treatment drop-down.
- Next, type in the user or Call Queue extension that you would like to route to into the User text box.
- Select the user, then click Save.
