CRM Integrations with UCconnect/LoupDB

UCconnect Overview 

UCconnect is a simple to use Google Chrome extension that allows a user to integrate their PBX to their CRM so that they can: 

  • Click to dial from a record in their CRM, from their call history, and from their contacts. 
  • Automatically pop a CRM record, using the caller's phone number to identify the correct CRM contact. 

How to get started: 

The user will begin by downloading the Chrome extension on the Chrome Webstore. A link to the chrome extension is found here.

The user will then need to input their PBX credentials. Simply have them enter their PBX extension and domain information in this format:  extension@pbxdomain and their portal password.  

After the initial login, this data will be stored and not be requested again unless the user logs out.  

 

UCconnect Features:  

The following are the features of UCconnect and instructions on how to use those features 

Quick calling 

Quick calling allows you to dial a phone number or an internal extension and initiate a screen-pop of the contact’s record in the selected application. 

To dial, the user will enter the number they wish to call and then select their CRM from the applications list in UCconnect. (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).  

When dialing, the user's main device will get a call from the PBX, after answering that call an outbound call to the dialed number will be initiated. 

Call History 

The Call History view displays the user’s call history, including inbound, outbound, and missed. A user can also click to dial those numbers that appear in their call history. 


There are three tabs that will show details around Inbound, Outbound and Missed calls. In these tabs, the user will see the number dialed or received, call direction (inbound, outbound, or missed), call time, and call duration. 

 
Additionally the user can click on the phone icon in the actions column to dial a number, or click the Magnifying Glass icon, which will initiate a screen pop within whichever app has been selected by the user. 

 

Contacts 

The contacts feature will pull a list of contacts from the PBX directory, so those contacts can be quickly dialed from UCconnect with just a click. A user can also add contacts to UCconnect. 

 

To dial a contact, the user would simply click on the green phone icon. This will initiate a call to the users main device and then outbound dial to the contact’s phone number or extension. To delete a contact, a user would click on the red – icon. 

 

To add a contact, the user would click on the green + sign and add the contact’s information and phone number.
