3NG’s Private Label VoIP platform offers its Partners a Sales Agent module that allows the Partner to assign the agent to a Customer record for tracking and reporting purposes.
The Partner is then able to run reports on revenue generated by the Sales Agent so that he/she can calculate commissions for paid services based on their business model or commission structure.

3NG provides it Partners with detailed Invoice Reports that contain the information needed to track paid invoices, with service subtotal details along with the assigned Representative. This enables the Partner to calculate commissions for different services on PAID invoices as needed.
The report will contain the following fields: Invoice #, Creation Date, Due Date, Billing Period From and To, Customer Name, Address, Invoice Status, Subscription Subtotal, Usage Subtotal, Manual Adjustment Subtotal, Taxes Subtotal, Amount Net, Previous Balance, Payments Received, Amount Due, Amount Open, Representative.
Note* Although this report is commonly used to track sales for commission purposes its great level of details allows it to be used for several other operations as well like; Overall Sales Reporting, Projections,
