Zoiper Configuration Guide

How to configure Zoiper Lite VoIP softphone for a Hosted PBX User.

First you will need to ‘add a phone’ to the user and retrieve the SIP credentials.

*You only need to add a phone if this device is an addon to the main device. Instructions for adding a phone to a User can be found here:

After downloading and installing the app from the applicable app store…

 

  1. Go to the Settings tab, click Accounts, and select the + sign at the top right.

                 

  1. Select Yes when the “Do you already have an account” appears. Then choose Manual Configuration.

                             

             

  1. Under choose account type select SIP Account.

                 

 

  1. On the SIP Account Register page enter the following details:
    1. Account Name: Any nickname is ok
    2. Domain: {domainID}.core1-mia.ringlogix.com
      1. For example: 123456.core1-mia.ringlogix.com
    3. Username: SIP Username
    4. Password: SIP Password

                  

 

  1. Once all information has been entered press the Register button on the top of the screen. Wait a few seconds and the new account should show status as OK.
