How to configure Voicamail on an account
Please follow these steps in order to enable and configure voicemail on a customer account.
Navigate into the account that you will be enabling voicemail on.
Click on the “Service Features” tab and then click on the “Incoming Calls” link.
Click to enable UM. Then click Save.
Go back to the same tab and link and then click on “Manage UM Account”.
This will open another page in order to configure the voicemail features.
Once open hover over the menu and click on UM Preferences.
From here you can upload greetings and setup voicemail to email.
